Pantothenic acid is particularly important for support of optimum adrenal function. Deficiency results in adrenal atrophy, characterized by fatigue, headache, sleep disturbances, nausea and abdominal discomfort. Pantothenic Acid is a coenzyme in carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism. It is also a constituent of the Co-A enzyme system.*
